Vitamins are helpers to other nutrients in our bodies and they also help bones, teeth, skin, and hair stay healthy.
Fruits and vegetables that contain vitamins are carrots, potatoes, squash, cauliflower, oranges and broccoli.
Some types of vitamins you need daily are A, C, D, E, and K
The B vitamins are thiamine (B1), riboflavine (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic acid (B5), Pyroxidine (B6), Biotin (B7), Folate (B9) and Cobalamin (B12)
You need all these vitamins everyday.
