  • Vitamins are helpers to other nutrients in our bodies and they also help bones, teeth, skin, and hair stay healthy.
  • Fruits and vegetables that contain vitamins are carrots, potatoes, squash, cauliflower, oranges and broccoli. 
  • Some types of vitamins you need daily are A, C, D, E, and K
  • The B vitamins are thiamine (B1), riboflavine (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic acid (B5), Pyroxidine (B6), Biotin (B7), Folate (B9) and Cobalamin (B12)
  • You need all these vitamins everyday.
