The 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, the 4x1 relay, and the 4x4 relay!
It was the middle of track season, and there was a kid on the team that ran all running events, when most kids did two running events and a field event. He had a group of friends that were all pretty athletic, including himself. They were all sixth graders.
Go Maxx!!!!! GO!!!!
The group of friends ran the 4x400 meter dash. Each kid, had to run one lap around the track. The 4x4 was one of their hardest events to win in. Usually,The four sixth graders went against a team of seventh graders. Jake was the first runner in the relay. Cj was the second runner. Maxx was the fourth runner. Maxx was more of a sprinter but, he was still really good at the 4x400. Aiden was fourth runner in the relay. Aiden was more of sprinter but, he was still really good at the 4x400.
Are you okay, Maxx? Oh Nooooo!!!!!
The team were getting ready to run. They just got done stretching and practicing their handoffs for the relay.
Maxx started off pretty strong. His leg was hurting really bad when coming up on the final 200 meter dash.
Maxx was on the last 100, and he rolled his ankle then fell . He couldn't move his leg or foot in any way.
He was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. When the doctor went back to tell his parents the results, Maxx was paralyzed for life and could not walk again
