Galileo: Supported the heliocentric theory. He did experiments concerning motion. He also did an observation of space witht he use of the telescope. He is thought to be the father of physics. His most famous invention was the telescope in 1609. He also discovered Jupiter and the four large moons that orbited it. He was born on Feburary 15th, 1564. Sadly he died on Janurary 8th, 154
Isaac Newton: He discovered the three laws of motion. He was born on January 4th, 1643 and he sadly passes away March 31st, 1727.
Rene Descartes: Was a French Philosopher mathmetician and a scientist. He was born on March 31st, 1556, and sadly he passed away on Feburary 11th, 1650
Nicolaus Copernicius: Came up with the heliocentric theory. He was born on Feburary 19th, 1473, and sadly he died on May 21st, 1543.
The Church would exocommunicate people from the church when they disobeyed their teachings and treid to prove that they were infact right about science and the church was incorrect.
This revolution affected the way we think today because our Science and the way we think today would not be the same if those people hadn't stood up to the church or they hadn't made those shocking discoveries that we now know today.
