This is a cell analogy. I am compering a cell to a school, I am also compering how they function. A school might be more similar to a cell than you think.

  • Wall
  •              Staff
  • This is the office in a school. The office in a school is much like a nucleus in a cell. Both the office in a school and a nucleus direct what happens 
  • Students
  • This is a wall in a school. A wall in a school and a the cell wall are very similar. Both the cell and the wall are in charge of letting things in and keeping things out.
  • Lockers
  • The staff in a school are similar to the nucleus in a cell. Both the nucleus in a cell and the staff in a school have the information to their building/cell.
  • Library
  • The students in a school are similar to a Mitochondria in a cell. Both the students in a school, and the Mitochondria in a cell turn something into something else and students turn knowledge into something they use as a job and the Mitochondria turns nutrients into energy. 
  • The chloroplasts in a cell are similar to the lockers In a school. Both things are used by something else and both things fill in an area. The lockers fill In the school and are used by the students, and the chloroplast fill a cell and are used by the rest of the cell.
  • The library in a school and the central vacuole in a cell are very similar. The library ina school holds books and knowledge, and the central vacuole in a cell holds materials.
