The 19th Amendment 1920 to the Constitution of the United States provides men and women with equal voting rights.It was first drafted in 1878 by Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton 30 years after the Seneca Falls Convention
Abridging the freedom of speech or of the press and the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.it was ratified in 1789 as the bill of rights by congress.
They were ratified on December 15 1781. The first 10 Amendments to the United States Constitution were introduced by James Madison as a series of legislative articles .
