  • I'm irritated easily and very indecisive.
  • To start how have you been behaving lately?

  • I've been feeling really nervous and I can't stop worrying about things.
  • Now how have you been feeling lately?
  • I've been having sad thoughts or thoughts I don't want to think of.
  • And your last question what kind of thoughts have you been having?
  • Ok. Based off of this you have anxiety and I can help you.
  • Won't people laugh at me for having depression. I mean its kind of embarrassing.

  • I have a weekly planner that I want you to follow to get rid of your anxiety.
  • Not for long if you go to a gym 2-3 times a week, and if you have a good meal and eat a normal amount of food and go to bed on time.
