  • Georgia passes laws that strip the Cherokee Nation on their rights to their land.
  • We refuse to be removed from our land.
  •  Georgia does not have the right to make these laws because you don't have the jurisdiction to do so.
  • You are just like children which means that yall cannot think for yourself. So, in that case, yall have no right to own land.
  • The Supreme court cannot make a decision because the Indian tribes are a 'domestic independent nation'  not a foreign nation.
  • By refusing to help the Cherokees, the Supreme Court left them at the mercy of the land. they were ultimately forced to move to Oklahoma among the Trail of Tears.
