The different estates came together on a Tennis Court to discuss King Louis XVI's actions. They all took an oath which was called the Oath of The Tennis Court. This was the start of the French Revolution.

A state prison known as the Bastille, was attacked by an angry and aggressive mob. The prison had become a symbol of the monarchy's dictatorial rule, and the event became one of the most important moments in the Revolution.
The Reign of Terror occurred when people would be killed by a machine called the guillotine. Many people died from this for silly actions that they shouldn't have died for.
