- What a beautiful day to go jogging
- oh no! i'm going to trip on that rock!
- I fell and scraped my knee, now it's bleeding and my body is performing a positive feedback loop to form a blood clot from the wound
- the receptors in my knee are sending an afferent to my brain
- after that, my brain will send an efferent to my effector so that it's able to form a blood clot and stop my knee from bleeding, as well as protecting the wound
- this positive feedback loop will help my body to maintain homeostasis.
