I can help you! Chemical changes occur when a substance combines with another to form a new substance, you can only observe it during an chemical reaction happens.

Sure! This building is a chemical change because it did not change it's shape. It is just rusty which you can change.
Oh okay! What about physical changes?
Well, with physical changes they are used to separate mixtures into their component compounds, but the most important is that you aren't creating a new substance.
That's really interesting! Can you give me an example of that one too?
Of course! This pool is an example of physical change because if it gets too cold the water will freeze.
