- "Why aren't you with your towel-headed friends?"
- "LOOK!  IT'S OSAMA."
- At the Beginning of chapter 13, Fadi mentioned that his family was glued to his TV watching the buildings being destroyed by planes. The people who led the attack were the Taliban but mostly a man named Osama Bin Laden. This guy was from Afghanistan and so was Fadi. In the beginning of chapter 14, Fadi and Felix were being racist and making fun of Fadi. They were trying to plan to beat Fadi due to the 9-11 attacks.
- After the 9-11 attacks, Fadi's family has been affected by this tragic event because the Head leader of the 9-11 attack is Osama Bin Laden.  Osama is from Afghanistan which can affect on what people think and have thoughts about Fadi. Fadi  has been discriminated for his ethnicity and where he's from because of the 9-11 attacks and later on he will probably change his feelings and emotions due to the descrimitions throughout . The things that happened in school, can affect fadi in a bad way because of his emotions and feelings.
