Elbridge Gerry made many contributions to help his country in the war. one of the things he did to help were gathering supplies and hunting for the continental army.
Elbridge Gerry refused to sign the constitution along with two other people due to the fact that it did not include the bill of rights, but later when he was elected once again, he was given the option to sign once again and signed it.
Elbridge Gerry was a merchant just like his dad when he was a young man. he worked hard everyday and eventually became one of the founding fathers.
