  • Sleep more, sleep loss is the leading cause of stress. This will get worse with time, and increase your stress levels if you don’t sleep. Stay away from your electronics for at least a half an hour before you go to bed. For people our age we should sleep for 9-11 hours.
  • Eating certain foods can also help with some causes in stress, Vitamin B in assental for your nervous system, some anxiety could be lack of vitamin B.  Almonds have vitamins B2 and E it helps boost your immune system from bad hormones caused by stress. A glass of warm milk before bed is good for helping insomnia and fidgeting milk is high in antioxidants, vitamins B2  and B12. It also has protein and calcium.
  • Even If your not being into doing exercise take a short break, walk around the a little, or simply stand up to stretch. If your doing a lot of work that will require time and effort, every hour do some sort of exercise for 5 minutes; this can offer immediate relief in a stressful situation. Getting your blood moving it releases endorphins and can improve your mood almost instantaneously.
