  • It's been a long day, I can't quite focus I need to take a break.
  • Aroma Therapy 
  • Having a social life can keep your mind off stressful things, it can give you sense of belonging and self worth. A study was conducted on a woman, and they came to the conclusion that spending time with friends and family can release oxytocin, which is a natural stress reliever. 
  • At times like this, it's good to lie down drink some tea while listen to some music. This can help lower cholesterol, and can lower blood pressure. Chewing gum can also help you relax, chewing gum helps promotes blood flow to the brain.
  • Our senses are sensitive to strong smelling oils, it can positively affect your brain chemistry, and stress levels. Try to laying down and using a scented candle to calm your nerves.
