Storyboard Text
A law starts out as just an idea, until someone contacts the representative for their state.
The representative send the the idea to Congress, where it becomes a bill. It goes to committe where they decide whether or not to pass the bill.
From there, the bill goes to the House of Representatives, and if they vote in favor of the bill, it goes to the Senate
In Capitol Hill, people vote on the bill, and if the majority is in favor, It goes to the President, or the Executive Branch
The President can approve the bill, or Veto it. A veto will send it back to the committee.
If the President approves the bill, it will become a law.
