  • Traditionally, Inuit would move with the animals and the seasons, which is why they had several different houses and traveled on dog sleds.
  • Traditionally, Inuit hunters would hunt and eat big animals to last for a long time so when transporting the large animal Inuit would rely on dogs and sleds to carry heavy loads of food.
  • Traditionally, during holidays inuit would square/jig dance for entertainment. Which was originated from whalers who brought record players to the north.
  • In today's day Inuit live in small communities with miniature houses where they live all year long.
  • In today's day there is an annual shipment of dry goods that are supplied to the Inuit when the ice breaks for the ships to get to the place more smoothly.
  • In today's day like most other places and areas for entertainment people usually watch television, play video games, and use the internet/computer games.
