  • Bees are very important to our ecosystem. They pollinate plants for and many species depend on bees for survival, without them these species would decline.
  • They are calling the mass disappearance, ColonyCollapse Disorder, they estimate that nearly 1/3 of all honey bee colonies in the United States have vanished.
  • Some causes of bee population decline are bee-killing pesticides, industrial agriculture, parasites, habitat destruction, and global warming.
  • To help the bees we can stop using those pesticides, help prevent parasites from killing the bees, and help them regain their habitats that they have lost.

  • In the end we need bees to survive, and they need our help to get their population growth back up. How are you going to help?
