- You're thinking, I know, that I'm mad
- I planned to kill the old man and maybe you're wondering how I proceeded.
- First I opened his door very slow. I put my dark lantern through the opening of the door. Then very slowly, I put my head inside of the opening. And when my head was inside of the room, I opened the lantern carefully to see his eye.
- But one night, not only the eye torment me, but I also began to hear his heartbeat after I woke him up by accident...And everytime it got louder and louder.
- I can't support that noise...What if someone else hears the heartbeat?
- So I decided to kill him and in that way I would stop listening to his heartbeat.
- When I finished hiding the body, the police arrived and suddenly the heartbeat began to sound again...
- Stop pretending that you cannot hear it! Yes, I did it! Pull up the floorboards here! It is the beating of his horrible heart!
- How is it possible that the cops don't hear anything? They are making fun of me?I can't take support this anymore...
