Hello all Ladies and Gentleman of the ABZ corporation thank you again for choosing me and my consulting group. So lets get started on how we can bring your soft drinks into the Argentine market.
We need a market entry strategy before moving into Argentina , so therefore we plan on promoting ourselves on social media such as Instagram and Facebook and even on Television networks. We would also like to be a sponsor in sporting events such as Argentinian soccer teams so our soft drink logo can be seen on the players jerseys to get some recognition.
Labour costs itll be around 110 ARS per hour with about 100 people itll be close too 11,000 ARS per hour. Since the production cost is $0.15 per bottle but to ship by Boat its roughly $800 CAN to Argentina. Lastly for the duties and tariff charges its close too 6,512 ARS. Finally the last P is the promotion and like we said we hope to be the sponsors for the soccer teams and also on social media so Instagram/Facebook.
its also clear that we have an absolute advantage over our competitors due to the soft drink shortage worldwide. We are getting a large amount of the resources we need in the pandemic while alot of other soft drink industries are having a hard time producing there products consistently. We feel this is a good plan because we will get higher recognition in Argentina while having the upper hand against competition.
Now the first of the 2 Cs is the consumers so if you look at the age group of the consumers of soft drinks its roughly between 12 - 15 years old of all families. The 2nd C is competition and we have competition to go against such as Manaos, Secco and Ivess which are popular name brands. But also because our drink is cheaper and due to the soft drink shortage we can surpass the competition.
For the 4 p's product is the first one and since were expanding we are also expanding products and the quantity. The second P is place and our goal is to get into the Argentina market, we are also going to open a factory to store inventory and we plan on opening it in Recoleta, Argentina which is located in the capital of Buenos Aires which has the highest population by a significant amount in the country. The next P is the Price and that includes labour, shipping and duties/tariffs cost.
