  • Te feud between Burr and Hamilton began when Burr and Jefferson tied in the election. Hamilton's vote decided who was going to be president by his vote. He voted for Jefferson. This was the cause of the feud.
  • Burr and Hamilton scheduled there duel on July 11, 1804. The place of this duel was Weehawken, New Jersey. Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton sailed across the Hudson River to have there duel.
  • Aaron Burr shot and killed Hamilton in this duel. After the duel Aaron Burr was brought to court. Even though it was illegal to duel, the jury let Aaron Burr walk free. Even though he didn't go to jail everyone on the streets hated Burr.
