  • Pearl Harbor starts
  • The Japanese government decided to attack Pearl Harbor after the United States cut off their resources. Japan relied on 80% of U.S oil and without it Japan's navy would not be able to work.
  • Aircrafts
  • The United States was unprepared for the attack and had no reinforcements.
  • Attack on water
  • It was a Sunday morning, December 7, 1941. The Japanese attacked the U.S naval base down in Hawaii.
  • Congress take control
  • Japan send 350 aircraft to attack the U.S naval vessels and they sunk eighteen battleships. Also they destroyed 300 aircrafts.
  • About 2,403 American mens die that day
  • Three days later the attack happened Roosevelt ask congress to declare war on Japan.
