Upon meeting up, the client will send any existing damage to the owner. The private owner will acknowledge the damages that are already done to the car. Owner proceed to pass the key to client and client will acknowledge getting the key. Our app will remind owner again when to collect the car again.
(Pick up) Get the key
In the event of a major accident, the private owner will receive updates from the rental client regarding the accident, such as the severity of the accident, photos and information such as the car plate number for the owner to acknowledge the incident. The owner will then have to meet up with the client and the insurance agent to settle paper work there.
Accept minor accident
Once the private owner reaches the accident site, the private owner needs to check and acknowledge the damages done to the rental car. He or she would then need to consult and negotiate with the client and the insurance agent on the insurance coverage. Paper work regarding compensation and claims would be done on the spot.
Once the time is up, the private owner should meet client based on the a time and location discussed previously. Reminder will also be sent to remind the owner for collection of key. Notification will also be shown to acknowledge the successful return of the keys back to the owner. Owner will look out for dent/ damages and key in penalties amount that they charge client.
In the event of a minor accident such as accidental dents or scratches on the car, the private owner will receive notification of the incident with photo taken by the client as proof. The owner will acknowledge incident and be reminded to look out for dents upon collection. Penalties will be discussed with the owner now upon car collection.
And finally, the private owner may write reviews regarding the whole rental experience. He can also check the reviews that client have given.
