  • I get all of this land for just promising to protect the king? Wow.
  • Feudalism is the idea of having a social class. Medieval Europe created 4 different classes. The top class had the least people because it was at the smallest point on the triangle. There would be more and more people as you went the triangle.
  • Life as a Church official
  • When you were born you were put into the social class that your parents were in. You could not move up or down in rank.

  • Kings were the most royal of all, they watched over the palace and owned tons of land and money. They were gaurded by their noblemen and in return they gave them land.
  • It was not too good for serfs and peasants because then they were not allowed to move up  in ranking. But for noblemen and people above noblemen it was good. They couldn't get demoted and they also usually owned lots of land.
