- Hi! I'm Reggie the Rock! I am about to tour you through the rock cycle!
- I just formed from cooled and solidified lava. which is extrusive, so I became and igneous rock.
- Next I will turn into a sedimentary rock. First I will go through weathering and break down. Then erosion happens and all the little sediments move together.
- The next step of turning into a sedimentary rock is deposition. I need to rest for a little while. Then I will go through compaction and cementation and become a sedimentary rock!
- The last kind of rock I will become is a metamorphic rock. First I need a parent rock to get started!
- The last steps to create a metamorphic rock are to go through extreme heat and pressure. This heat and pressure will help me become a metamorphic rock!
