  • The Seventh Amendment gives the right to a jury on trial everything is final unless the law was somehow broken. In this scene the client is asking for a jury which he has the right to. To even get a chance at suing someone the price would have to be over 20 dollars.
  • Amendment 10
  • Amendment Eight states extreme amount in bail shall not be required, or fines forced, nor cruel and unusual punishments to be upon someone in custody. In the scene I created it's demonstrating an unfair leverage over the convict.
  •
  • The ninth amendment states that even though daily things that are not written on the constitution it does not give the government right to take your rights or freedom away. In the scene I created it's showing how the "government" is taking away the right for the woman to shop for items she wants to buy. This is an example of what CANNOT happen because of the 9th amendment.

  • The tenth Amendment gives every right and freedom that is not entitled to the government through the constitution to the states and their people. The scene I created shows how the government has no right to make more school buildings since it's not a right listen in the constitution. As well as the states, they have that right and with the help of the people to make more buildings for education.
  • WE NEED MORE SCHOOLS
  • That is not in your power sir. It's up to the states
