Mary, what exactly is physical wellness and why is it so important?
Well Sam, physical wellness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities(exercising). Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate physical exercise, and sufficient rest. We do this to keep our bodies healthy so we live a long, happy life. It is also crucial we set ourself goals, to reach and maintain physical wellness. These goals will guide us along the way to achieve physical wellness.
But, it is important for us to set smart goals, or, S.M.A.R.T goals. Specific, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound. These special instructions will guide us through the stages of an objective. Not only will it determine if the goal is achievable, but it will conduct the journey in completing it.
