Miss. Sutherland walks into Sherlock Holmes office to discuss her fiance, Mr. Hosmer Angel who previously went missing.
I write to the post office and then he picks it up but i do not know his address or any other information.
She begins to tell Holmes about everything and mentions that she thought her father, step father actually, would be mad.
Mr. Hosmer Angel gets in he cab with Miss Sutherland but when they get to the place of the wedding he is not there anymore, Akmost as he had just disappeared out of thin air.
He Just disappeared out of nowhere! One minute he was there and when we got to the church he wasn't I don't know what happened.
Miss. Sutherland leaves when Holmes brings Mr. James Windibank in for questioning. Holmes already knows the answer but Watson sill is in the dark. When Holmes brings Windibank in he begins to question him to make it easier for Watson to understand.
Hello, Mr. Windibank, do you know anything about the missing Hosmer Angel?
Once everyone but Holmes, and Watson are gone they come to the conclusion that Mr. Hosmer Angel is Mr. Windibank.
They know this because, Mr. Hosmer only writes when Mr. Windibank is gone and he also only comes around when he is gone. Hosmer got out of the opposite cab door that he got in and stripped of the disguise, and of course these were the last traces of Hosmer Angel.
Holmes tells Miss Sutherland to forget about Mr. Angel for obvious reasons.
