  • September 15, 1950 Victory at Lnchon
  • october 20, 1950 China joins the war
  • in 1950 north korea came over the 38th parallel to invade south korea by them doing this a war was caused.
  • Feb.1951 Peace Talks Begins 
  •  MacArthur, who had commanded the Allied forces in the Southwest Pacific during World War II, had been advocating for a plan to land troops behind the enemy inchon and attack the North Koreans from both directions.
  • april 1951 mcarthur was fired
  •  October 1950, mass Chinese forces crossed the Yalu and entered the war. The surprise Chinese intervention triggered a retreat of UN forces which continued until mid-1951.
