  • My Name is Toussaint Louverture. Today is the day that all slaves are free! I am too powerful to overcome! We are now independent! Nobody can stop us now!
  • Finally!
  • whaaa!
  • Napoleon, a French Military leader, who owned the land of Haiti did not agree with this independence movement. He fought for his colony, but was to late. The slaves were to strong to beat at this time. His only success, was capturing the start of it all. Toussaint Louverture. He capture T.L and threw him in a dungeon for his death, to pay for all he had done.

  • After the revolt, Napoleon realized that he made a big mistake. Not only did he not win the war, but he also wasted much money along with losing one of his colonies, and he is now in debt. His only decision is to sell his largest piece of land, Louisiana for 15 million dollars to Thomas Jefferson.

  • I came to the US to sell my land of Louisiana to the United States for 15 million dollars. This land will expand your colonies greatly. Do you accept my offer?

  • As we all know, we have a new addition to the United states. We have all been gathered by each other because I would like all 3 of you to explore this new land, and return with new discoveries. You may choose to bring anyone along on the journey. Look out for tribes along the way, and stick together. This will be a tough trip.
  • Sacajawea
  • Throughout the search and expedition of Lewis and Clark, they came across a water way, which was one of their goals. They also came across many native american tribes. Thanks to the help of Sacajawea, they were able to communicate, and work out any issues that occured.
