- Timothy went to the local Kay Jewelers where he stole 2 bags of diamonds from the counters and back of the store, along with 500 dollars from the cash register and a chocolate chip cookie
- Conviction
- As Timothy was suspected of committing the crime, an angry cop went to his apartment, where he happened to be keeping the diamonds and arrested him for his crime
- Sentencing
- At the court of law, the prosecutor brings a case against Timothy and decides that he will be charged with felony theft after stealing 135 million dollars worth of jewlery
- Prison
- After the jury of Timothy's peers decided that they were greater than 95% certain that he had in fact committed committed the crime he was charged, they acquitted (found him guilty) of the crime
- Based on the crimes and which Timothy was charged with, he was sentenced to 27 years in federal prison, without the possibility of parole
- Life for Timothy in the prison was difficulty, he missed his family, friends, and the free world, with great luck, he was able to escape the guards on the way to freedom
