I was born in 1820 in Dorchester County, Maryland until March 10,1913 from pneumonia . I was born into slavery.
What human rights did you fight for?
I Fought for no slavery. I wanted to end slavery in the U.S
No. I was never caught and I never went to jail.

How did you fight for ending slavery?
I fought for ending slavery by bringing slaves to the free states
How were you a leader in all of this?
I wouldn't let people turn back and I was always looking out for others
I am famous for bringing almost 300 slaves to freedom within 10 years without being caught
