- Step Two: discuss your method, any issues you encountered, and how you could improve upon it. The Speaker will then summarize this to another group.

- Step Three: the three non-speakers leave to go to another table. Three members of another group arrive at this table.
- Step Four: the Speaker summarizes the previous discussion to the new group members.

- Step Five: a student who HAS NOT been Speaker yet is chosen as new Speaker. The group discusses the first group's method, any issues and improvements.

- So, you did this....
- I think that you planned well, but maybe if you...
- Step Six: the new Speaker remains behind, while the three non-speakers leave to go to another table.
