This image is suppose to represent the big theaters that romans would do there plays in called amphitheaters
This image is supposed to represent the different types of things that they would do in amphitheaters like chariot races and gladiator combats and animal hunts.
In the plays that romans would do they would wear clothes and have props that they would use during the plays to make them seem real.
This scene represent the many statues they had placed around the theaters to show different feelings like courage and braveness.
In roman plays they also had music. The music of ancient Rome was a part of Roman culture from earliest times. Music was customary at funerals, and the tibia (Greek aulos), a woodwind instrument, was played at sacrifices to ward off ill influences. Song (Carmen) was an integral part of almost every social occasion.
In ancient rome that had many types of actors like mimes. mimes were inferior and they could have been slaves mostly women were mimes.
