Hello readers! My name is john bracline. and today i'm going to tell you the story about the American Revolution. So lets get started.
Lets start by telling the conflicts between the colonists and the British. One cause was about the Stamp Act. The Stamp Act was how the British gave land to the colonists, the british put a fancy stamp on newspaper, and documents, and for return the British want the Colonists to pay for the stamp. And the Colonists did not like that.
Another cause is about the tea act. the british bought hundreds of boxes filled of tea, but said that the colonist will pay all the taxes of the tea, and well the colonist were not happy about it.
what is he doing here?
One last cause was about the Boston Tea Party which was about how the British increased tea taxes and the colonists got mad so the colonists got dressed as Indians and threw 340 chests of tea into the water.
For the Colonist there was one time that they collected support for the Revolution. It was during the Boston Massacre, when the British shot 5 colonists, people thought that was a big deal, and so they got a lot of support.
The main purpose of America's Declaration of Independence was to explain the things that they did wrong and why the colonies had chosen to separate themselves from Great Britain.
