Storyboard Text

  • What is it?
  • Volunteer bias is asking for opinion from only a certain select of people. Lets say you have a news station, and you talk about your opinion on the government for half an hour. Then you ask for the audience to text to a two different numbers. One is for yes and one is for no. Most of the people that are watching you news station, will most likely agree with your opinion. Making it bias. Here's an example
  • News Station
  • At a news station...
  • I think M&Ms are the best candy because they taste better than other candies. Now text 1-800-890-8907 to vote M&Ms are the best candy. Text 1-800-678-6875 to vote no.
  • Yeah me too! I love his show! Let's text in and help him with his survey!
  • Wow! I sure agree with this guy! I watch his station all the time!
  • I actually didn't think that was true. But if the guy on t.v said it was true it must be!
  • The results are in! It seems like we got 96% for yes they are the best candy. And 4% for no there not. Looks like the public thinks M&Ms are the best candy!
