Line 4-5, "Daedalus managed to escape from the tower, only to find himself a prisoner" Daedalus and Icarus tried to escape so many times but when they did they found out they were prisoners to the island
Lines 16-17"Daedulaus then melted some wax and made a skeleton on the shape of a bird's wing." This is showing and telling on what and how they made the wings.
Lines 83-84 "Daedalus hurried to save him, but it was too late" The climax is about when Icarus was flying to high and then his wings broke and then he fell into the water and died.
Lines 89-90 "But the joy of his flight was gone" He was sad because his son died from flying and flying reminds him of his son so therefore he gets sad and doesn't enjoy flying like how he used to.
Lines 91-94 " he arrived safely" and "He mourned for the birdlike son" Daedalus once arrived to his destination and then mourned for his son.
The theme is, that some people would risk their lives for freedom. Lines 42 Daedalus tells his son "no human has ever traveled through air before" so that means it was very dangerous.
