- Colombia celebrates Christmas by beginning it on December 7 called "Las Velitas". As the days go by they join together as families for Novenas. They decorate their homes with Christmas trees and lights. They also go to church and value the nativity scene.
- Colombia celebra la Navidad empezando en deciembre 7 "Las velitas". Por el tiempo todos las familias se juntan para las Novenas. Ellos decoran sus casas con decoraciones como el arbol y luces. Ellos tambien van a la misa y miran al pesebre.

- Some traditions are that they decorate their streets with many lights and candles. They eat many prominent foods and celebrate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. That includes gathering together as a family and singing caroles.
