- One peaceful morning Aneze's village was raided by another tribe. They took all their wives
- An old man find Aneze. He help her to hunt and teaches her how to survive. Eventually she leaves the old man to go back into the forest.
- Then they threw all the men and children into the river to die. Aneze survived, but she was badly injured.

- Aneze is trying to find food and people. She eventually kills a beaver.
- I'm so hungry. I miss my mom and I'm all alone
- Aneze eventually found her mom but she was dead.
- the attacker are bringing back the wives to be there wives and killed the rest of the village
- No what will I do now?
- Aneze walk hundreds of miles to find a old man
- so goes to see her village
- Eventually Aneze finds a family and she settles down with them. She tries to help out with the chores. One of the people is Ketch.
- I'm going to check the traps, I won't tell them!
