Storyboard Text

  • To keep me from exploding in front of Bella, I kept my distance. I'd pretend, but in reality I slowly drifted away from her. Excuses were made, but I didn't feel guilty after what she said about Claire. It was a fight. It happens.
  • Bella seemed to forget about me, fortunately. Now I needed to focus on Claire.
  • Aren't we, like, forgetting somebody?
  • Not that we know of.
  • Whew! They forgot about me!
  • I tried approaching Claire multiple times. Finally, I found her walking in a hallway alone. I rushed up and tapped her on the shoulder, saying, "Claire? Can I, um, talk to you?". She whirled around and snapped, "What do you want? Another babyish idea from me? Well, I'm sorry, but I'm out." She kept on walking. I winced.
  • No! I had to stay determined. This time, I went in front of her and blocked her way. "Get. Out. Of. My. Way. Now!" she said through gritted teeth. "Not until you listen to me. Look, I'm sorry. Actually this time. I should've never even liked them, if I knew what trash they talked about. They're so fake! Claire, they made fun of you! They-they said your rhyme was stupid and even more bad stuff! I just didn't know what to do!" I blurted. "I told you, but you didn't listen!" she exclaimed angrily. Still, I could see forgivness in her eyes.
  • By the time I was done blabbering my 'guilt', it was pretty clear that Claire could tell how desperate I was, so she let me go. But not without warning me that one more mistake like this would cost me, of course.
  • Soon, we were chatting, just like the good ol' times. Wait. You did not hear me say that. I am not my dad. I repeat: I AM NOT MY DAD!
  • As for Bella, she seemed to get more confused by the minute. It looked like I'd been completely wiped from her memory. Still, she hadn't learnt a lesson...
