  • Ebenezer Scrooge is an unhappy old man who is a penny-pincher and hates Christmas. He has never helped anyone and closes himself off to other people.
  • Scrooge
  • Please don't tell me it's true! Tell me this can change!
  • Jacob Marley's ghost, Scrooge's old partner, comes to him. Marley tells him that if he doesn't change, then he his death will never be mourned and he will be eternally tormented.
  • I will give you this if you go buy the prize turkey at the poulter!
  • Scrooge is visited by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. he sees what he has become of him and what will if he doesn't change.
  • Scrooge is shown his grave by the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. He begs the Ghost to tell him that the future can change.
  • Scrooge wakes up on Christmas morning and helps people on the street, sends a turkey to the Cratchit's home, and spends his Christmas with his nephew.
  • Yes, sir!
  • Scrooge gives Bob Cratchit a raise and helps his family for the rest of his life. He even becomes a second father to Tiny Tim.
