In space, the earth is always rotating/ orbiting. The earth is also always rotating around the sun. These two movements are called rotation and revolution. The sun is surprisingly just a composition of gas, so the earth is just rotating around a big ball of gas
Here on earth we experience Day and Night. This is because of earth's rotation in its axis. The Axis is a imaginary line that the earth spins on. When the earth is facing the sun it is day, but when the earth is not facing the sun it is night.
Everyone knows the Four Seasons, Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter. Well the earth's revolution has something to do with it. When the earth goes around the sun, it causes the earth to experience seasons. It takes earth 1 year to go in a full circle around the sun's atmosphere. When the earth gets too close to the sun we experience VERY HOT summers.
There are sooo many different things Light Energy (energy we can see) can produce and i'm not talking about making light for your house. I mean like Thermal Energy (heat), Sound Energy (energy we can hear), and Electrical Energy (can power houses). But what happens when light passes through mediums. Mediums are A material that light travels through. Lets talk about some mediums!
A few mediums are Opaque objects, Reflective objects and Translucent/Transparent objects. Opaque objects are objects that light will NOT go through such as black shirts. Reflective objects will make light bounce off it such as mirrors. Translucent objects will refract light which means to slow down and bend. With Transparent objects the light will just go straight through.
Circuits are pretty simple if you ask me. A circuit manly just need an electric current. The electric current is what powers the lightbulb or whatever you are turning on. If a circuit is closed it is fully functioning, but if the circuit is open it is broken.
