- Today guys I'm going to tell you the legend of the Sentinel, which comes from tandil and it's about 250 years old.
- Teacher, what is the legend about?
- The legend is about the love between Amaike and Yanquetruz. They had a very strong connection, so they always waited for each other.
- Yanquetruz was a survivor of the army attacks and Amaike observed the army's movements. One day they set a trap similar to her to capture her and lock her up in a fortress and they succeeded.
- Amaike was very brave so she ran away and while running between the rocks of a mountain, she tripped over a bush, fell into a spring and drowned.Yanquetruz never found out about this, so he waited for her for many years and never gave up.
- I feel very bad for Yanquetruz.

- But this does not end here because the love of Yanquetruz was so great that the gods were moved and decided to keep his spirit inside a rock so that when she went to heaven they could be together.
