  • I: It's just in that teens are abusing the power of their cellular devices and are becoming addicted.
  • A: Yes, kids need to access ways to put an end to this addiction. For example, turning your notifications off and NOT using your phone as an alarm clock can limit your screen time
  • Px2: Teens can practice avoiding technology by keeping it out of the bedroom. They can also keep across the room when sleeping so no distraction occur during your sleep.
  • E: With this in mind, the factors that impact your health are uncountable. For example, lack of sleep, migraines, anxiety, stress, and lowered oxygen to the brain. 
  • A: The outcomes of limiting our screen time can increase the amount of sleep you get each night. It can increase your health or wellbeing. 
  • R: One reflection question you can ask when you're done with completing your goal is do you still feel addicted to your phone or were you successful?
