Storyboard Text

  • Romeo-"But love thee better than thou canst devise Till thou shalt know the reason of my love"
  • Act 3, Scene 1 Romeo & Juliet- Tybalt Taunting Romeo, Mercutio, and Benvolio in the town of Verona. This Taunting is making Mercutio Furious.
  • Act 3, Scene 1 Romeo & Juliet- After Mercutio dies Romeo is furious and Tybalt gets what he wants, to fight Romeo.
  • Tybalt- "-“Boy,this shall not excuse the injuriesThat thou hast done me. Therefore turn and draw.”
  • Act 3, Scene 1 Romeo & Juliet- Mercutio getting so fed up with Tybalt he draws on him.
  • Act 3, Scene 1 Romeo & Juliet- Tybalt and Romeo fight throughout the streets of Verona, and Romeo stabs Tybalt.
  • Mercutio-"Tybalt, you ratcatcher, will you walk?"
  • Tybalt- "I am for you"
  • Act 3, Scene 1 Romeo & Juliet- As Tybalt and Mercutio fight Romeo tries to stop the two by coming in between them. This results in Tybalt stabbing Mercutio and killing him.
  • Act 3, Scene 1 Romeo & Juliet- The stab Romeo results in killing Tybalt. Benvolio tells Romeo to leave before the citizens of Verona find out that that there had been fighting and killing.
  • Romeo-"Gentle Mercutio, put thy rapier up.Come, sir, your passado." 
  • Tybalt- "Thou wretched boy that didst consort him here Shalt with him hence. This shall determine that."
  • Benvolio-"Romeo, away, begone! The citizens are up, and Tybalt slain."
  • Romeo-"O, I am Fortune’s fool!"
