I have never heard of Hyde and I have not spoken to Mr Utterson in ages.
Mr Utterson, feeling sombre, went upstairs wondering about why the will had stated that if something happened to Dr Jekyll, all of his precious possessions would be given to Mr Hyde.
So he decided to go and see Dr Lanyon (an old friend of Dr Jekyll's) who had said he didn't know who Mr Hyde was and hadn't seen Jekyll in ages.
He kept having nightmares about the story that Mr Enfield had told him involving an austere man and a small girl.
He had decided to wait at the door, until one day he finally found Mr Hyde.
He asks Hyde for a favour,he wants to see his face.He agreed and showed Mr Utterson his face. After Mr Hyde questions how Utterson knows Dr Jekyll,he accuses him of lying and instantly disappeares back into the house. He found this very peculiar and started to become very worried.
Utterson thought that if Hyde would possibly find out about the will,he may want to take over now and may perhaps KILL Dr Jekyll.
