  • God tells me that some of our men are allies with the English men!
  • No way!! Is that really true Joan? Your amazing!!
  • Hmm if this girl knows so much, this could really help us out!
  • If she fails, both of you shall be burned at the stake! Now take him away now!
  • She has these visions from God, they can really help us at war. Oh please your Honor
  • this could really help us at war...
  • 1. Yes? 2. Well you see, God tells me what is going to happen in the future, for example...
  • 1. Joan of Arc?
  • 2. Tell me what God tells you Joan, just to prove your not a witch.
  • Lets capture her and burn her at the stake! She is a witch
  •   For starters, Joan of Arc was a peasant living in France ruled by King Charles. She knew what God was trying to tell her, and she only told the things God told her to her friend Axel. Axel never thought she was crazy and always listened to her. Since she had visions the benefited the French, Axel believed that she should lead the French in the upcoming war between the English.
  • This is not fair! She knows what God wants
  • Agreed! Com'on men!
  • God is saying....
  • Later that day, Axel went to the King nervously requesting that Joan of Arc leads the French in the upcoming war against the English. He laughed at first but since he really wished to win, he considered it. But there was one exception, if she was correct on her thoughts, she could lead the war but if she was wrong they would both get burned at the stake. This was risky but before Axel could just say "nevermind" he was taken away from the king.
  • Please, I'm not a witch!! I'm not I promise
  • How can I watch this?! It is horrible!!
  • Suddenly, three men dressed in the finest of clothing appeared in front of Joan of Arc face when she was in the middle of her work. Followed by the King Charles behind them. She bowed down to them thinking she was just getting a special task. But she was being tested to see if her visions from God were correct. Eventually as the day went on everything she said came true! Therefore, neither Axel or Joan would get burned at the stake! But she still had to lead the French at the war now.
  • I have all of Joan of Arc's smarts! Now I have more honor! I am as happy as can be!!
  • Moving forward, they went to war against the English, some of the French men were allies with some of the English men. They did not like the Joan of Arc was helping them win the war! It was not fair that she could see visions from God telling her what to do. Therefore, the decided that she was a witch and chose to burn her at the stake! They captured her and brought her to the fire and Axel, nervously followed.
  • To start, they tied her to the stake and put fire all over her! Axel could no longer watch this. But he soon found that Joan was dead because of smoke inhalation and he was devastated. Did he do this to her? Was he the cause of his best friends death? It didn't matter anymore because she was already dead and there was nothing he could do about that now.
  • Instead of sitting there being sad, Axel decided to believe that her smarts and her wonderful kind soul went into his body. When they returned back to France Axel moved up in his social class and was no longer a slave who had to work for people all of the time. Axel believed that Joan of Arc gave him visions of what will happen in the future.
