  • Chapter 13: by Hailey and Audrey
  • Huck is listening to the death threats that Packard and Bill are saying to Jim Turner on the steamboat.
  • Huck
  • Jim
  • Watchman
  • Jim T.
  • Huck tell the watchman that his family is stuck on the wrecked steamboat and asks for help.
  • But then they find the steamboat in pieces, sunk, under the water. Then Huck feels bad for Jim Turner and the others.
  • Main Idea: The main idea and or theme in chapter 13, is that Huck realizes that even though bad people do bad things that does not mean that they deserve to die or be treated unfairly. So Huck felt bad when the steamboat sunk because he was realizing many things that Jim has said but was not understood by Huck at that moment.
  • Packard
