Storyboard Text

  • It's Rachel's 11th birthday, and it was the worst day. Here teacher Mrs.Price said that an ugly red sweater was Rachel's,but it wasn't. It was only when Phyllis spoke up and claimed it then Rachel was able to take it off. When the bell rang ,Rachel decided to stay and talk to Mrs. Price about the sweater misunderstanding.
  • Rachel moseyed  over to talk to Mrs.Price about the sweater. " Excuse me Mrs.Price... can I talk to you for um... a minuet?", Rachel whispered, " Yeah what do you want ? It' lunch time I want to enjoy my food,"  Mrs. Price says firmly. " I... I talk... I mean I wanted to talk about the sweater , it wasn't mine", Rachel studdered, " That's not my problem now scurry on ", Mrs. Price growled as loud as a bear.
  • Rachel ran off crying with tears dripping down her cheek all because of Mrs. Price. Rachel arrived at the cafeteria and sat down and ate her mushy, wet, sougy PB & J. Then she started to cry some more , but she remembered that it's her birthday and you should never cry on your birthday. The bell range and she zoomed back to class and gathered her things and soon she would go home.
  • Later Mrs. Price released everyone to go home and kids left and right shooting out the door. Rachel saw her mom ( Lisa ) in her car and hopped in. Rachel's face was all wet from her tears. "what's wrong?", questioned Lisa,  Rachel cried , " Mrs. Price embarrassed me and gave me an ugly red sweater that wasn't mine and told me to scurry in a monster like voice.
  • Lisa and Rachel got home and called Mrs. Price, " Hello, yes this is Lisa, um I was calling to tell you that Rachel was very upset because of the way you treated her with disrespect", Lisa explained. " All i did was give her a sweater and told her to go to lunch", Mrs. Price lied. " Rachel said you were very mean about, were you,"? Lisa replied " Yes and there will be no more questions goodbye,", Mrs. Price answered.
  • Now that Mrs. Price hung up Rachel learned that not every day is perfect and even on your birthday.
