In this scene Othello is going through an internal conflict. He sees his handkerchief and hears everyone talking and mistakes this as evidence of Desdemona cheating on him. This causes Othello to get very angry and say " how should I murder him, Iago?" This shows that Othello has changed because of his internal conflict ( he loves Desdemona but, he doesn't trust her). At first Othello seems very calm and kind, now he has become paranoid and murderous.
In this scene Othello has gotten very angry at Desdemona. This is an example of external conflict because he was yelling at Desdemona and Emilia was yelling at him. This scene also shows how Othello has changed because of his conflicts. He no longer seems to love Desdemona because of his false suspisions. For examle he acusses Desdemona af being "as unfaithful as hell."
In this scene Othello has fainted due to the fact that he is becoming obsessive over what he thinks is evidence but is not even really evidence. After Othello faints Iago says to himself "keep working poison." this wouldimply that the poison(Iago's lies) are causing Othello to faint. This shows that Othello is lettting his souspisions take over to the point where he is physically affected by it.
