Anarchy is no government ruling over the current state. In an anarchy, there is no enforcement of the laws, or any authority to keep the state together. Some countries that follow anarchy are Serbia, South Africa, and Spain.
An oligarchy is a form of government where only a small group has the power. The citizens' rights are controlled by a group of government people. Some countries that have an oligarchy government are Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Iran.
